Stoneground Wholewheat Flour keeps the bran, germ & endosperm of the grain in contrast to White Flour that has the bran and germ removed, therefore this loaf maintaining more nutrient dense. Provides a slightly nutty & sweet backtaste, moderately sour. Rolled in wholemeal flour or white sesame seeds
