Just like our signature sourdough breads, all of our baked goods are made from scratch, using the very best and freshest ingredients. We welcome any suggestions and try to accommodate all requests.
We have such a wide range of baked goods in our repertoire that it would be impossible to bake each and every one every day. So, as with our signature breads, not all of our baked goods are available daily. But whatever day you come to Firebrand you can be assured there will be something fresh and mouth-watering to tempt your tastebuds. If your favourite isn't shown below, take a look at our Daily Baking Schedule – it may be listed there.

Making the perfect pie is a labour of love. You’ve got to be passionate. Boscastle's pie crusts are flaky and golden and melt in the mouth, and their fillings are spectacular – made from the finest ingredients and cooked to perfection. Take the Black Angus Beef Pie that boasts premium quality, tender Certified Australian Black Angus Beef slow-cooked in a classic casserole, or their Moroccan Lamb Pie – cooked with exotic Middle Eastern spices, dates and chickpeas. Simply delicious!

Boscastle Pies & Pastries
We sell eight different types of Boscastle Pies & Pastries – in fact, we've been selling them for over ten years. Hand-made, high-quality, delivered fresh every morning. Indian, European, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines come together in Boscastle pies & pastries.
Plain, Chocolate, or Raisin Sourdough Croissants
Perfect for a special breakfast, brunch, or snack, especially with coffee. These sugar-free croissants are made from casalinga dough and top-quality cultured butter. The chocolate filling is made from dates and rich dutch cocoa.
Portuguese Custard Tarts
Our delicious Portuguese custard tarts, made with homemade puff pastry and homemade custard. Variations include plain, apple, berry or chocolate. Perfect served warm with coffee or tea.
Traditional ANZAC biscuits, made with rolled oats, flour, sugar, butter, golden syrup, baking soda, and boiling water. Pure, old-fashioned biscuit goodness – the perfect thing to go with a cup of tea or coffee.
Puff Pastry Parcels
Vanilla custard folded into stewed rhubarb and strawberries, then encased in home made sourdough puff pastry.
For customers still asking for pizza, we've created the Margherita Scroll – made with tomato passata, vintage cheese, fresh basil, and cracked black pepper and rolled in sourdough. It's pizza – just in a different shape.
Cheese & Onion Scrolls
Onions sauteed with tamari, vintage cheese and fresh ground black pepper, rolled in sourdough and baked to perfection.
Every batch of Firebrand Vegan Muffins is baked with different fruits, always based on flour, vegetable oil, barley malt, and house mixed spices. They're a real favourite with the kids.
Fetta and Olive Scrolls
Fetta, Calamata olives, vintage cheese, thyme, and tomato passata rolled in sourdough and baked to perfection.
Wheat free, dairy free. Based on almond meal and eggs, they are different every day, popular ingredients include fresh seasonal fruit, berries, and boiled oranges. Pictured here is fig, raspberry and almond cake.
Flaky croissant dough filled with home made custard and plump raisins. Cut into swirls and coated in a sweet orange blossom glaze.
Vegan chocolate cake
A soft fluffy cocoa cake topped with a thin layer of rose water icing glaze
Decadent callebaut chocolate brownies, slightly crisp on the outside, perfectly fudgy on the inside.
Firebrand scones. Plump berries folded through a light and fluffy scone dough, made with milk and cream.
Old fashioned chocolate custards
Homemade puff pastry with real egg custard and Callebaut chocolate, seriously heavenly.
