Spelt 

75% organic whole spelt flour, 25% wholewheat flour, water, sourdough leaven (sustainable wholemeal), sea salt <1%.  
Baked fresh on Monday ​

Pane Casalinga (house white) 
Unbleached white flour, water, sourdough leaven (fed with sustainable wholemeal flour), sea salt <1%. Baked on the oven floor, it offers a crusty holey loaf that is an all rounder on the dinner table.

White High Top (tinned white) 
Unbleached white flour, water, sourdough leaven (fed with sustainable wholemeal flour), sea salt <1%. Baked in a tin with the option of sesame seeds, it is perfect for toast and kids sandwiches. 
Baked fresh everyday Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat  


Parisian Sourdough (crusty white)  
Unbleached white flour, water, sourdough leaven (fed with sustainable wholemeal flour), sea salt <1%. A casalinga that is fermented a second time in a cob basket, offering a crustier loaf and complex flavour. 
Baked fresh on Friday and Saturday 


Multigrain  
Unbleached white flour, water, sourdough leaven (fed with sustainable wholemeal flour), sea salt <1%.  Organic grain mix (pepitas,linseed, oats, soy, barley, rye maize and wheat). Available in a vienna style or tinned, with the option of a sesame seed crust.  
Baked fresh on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 


100% Wholewheat (tinned) 
Sustainable wholemeal flour, water, sourdough leaven (fed with sustainable wholemeal flour), sea salt <1%. A dense loaf, perfect for toast and sandwiches.

Light Rye (tinned) 
Sustainable wholemeal flour (70%), sustainable rye flour (30%), water, sourdough leaven (sustainable wholemeal flour), sea salt <1%. A dense loaf, perfect for toast and sandwiches.

NY Deli Rye (light rye with caraway) 
Sustainable rye flour (60%), white and wholemeal flour (40%),  sourdough leaven (sustainable wholemeal & rye flour), sea salt <1%, caraway seeds.  A light rye with a hint of earthy anise flavour.

100% Rye Schwarzbrot 
Sustainable rye flour (100%), water, sourdough leaven (sustainable rye flour), sea salt <1%. 
 A dense rye that is long-lasting, suitable for the wheat intolerant. 
Baked fresh on Tuesday 


Wellness  

Sustainable rye flour (60%), white and sustainable wholemeal flour (40%), water, sourdough leaven (sustainable wholemeal & rye), sea-salt <1%. Rolled in organic grains - oats,pepitas, soy, maize, wheat,barley,rye, sesame and poppy seeds.

Spicy Fruit   
Unbleached white flour, water,sourdough leaven (sustainable wholemeal), sea salt <1%, sun dried sultanas, currants, raisins and mixed spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger). A winner during winter, this loaf is sure to impress whether its served savoury with cheese or sweet with preserves.

Irish Potato 
Unbleached white flour (70%), mashed potato (30%), water, sourdough leaven (sustainable wholemeal), sea salt <1%, A dense tinned loaf, regularly enjoyed with eggs or your favourite spreads.
